SINGING & DE-SIZING

Singeing is an operation carried out to remove lose fiber, hairy fiber, protruding fiber from the surface of the cloth.

De-sizing is the process by which the sizing materials are removed. We use OSTHOLF machines from Germany.

>
SCOURING & WASHING
Scouring is the process by which all natural and additive impurities such as oil, wax, fat, hand dust etc are removed to produce hydrophilic and clean textile material. We use SANDO machines from Japan.

>
MERCERIZING
The process of treating cotton yarns or fabrics with caustic alkali under tension, in order to increase strength, luster and affinity for dye.We use machines GOLLER from Germany.

>
STENTERING
The process of stretching the cloth for drying without shrinkage on a framework. This is done so that the cloth retain its shape while drying. We use machines from BRUCKNER, Germany.

ROTARY SCREEN MAKING

Screen printing is a printing technique whereby a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. Screen making is a very specialised process. We use INKJET SCREEN CST, South Africa.

PRINTING

Screen printing is a printing technique that uses a woven mesh to support an ink-blocking stencil. It is done either with flat or cylindrical screens made of silk threads, nylon, polyester, vinyon or metal. The printing paste or dye is poured on the screen and forced through its unblocked areas onto the fabric. We use ZIMMER from Austria

>
STEAMING

Printed dyes are usually fixed by steaming processes, the steam providing the moisture and rapid heating that brings about the transfer of dye molecules from the thickener film to the fibre within a reasonable time. We use machines from ARIOLI, Italy.

>
WASHING

Washing includes a chemical-physical process, which removes the dirt from the cloth, and a series of physical simultaneous operations aiming at improving the look of the fabric. We use machines from SANDO, Japan.

>
FINISHING

In textile manufacturing, finishing refers to the processes that convert the woven or knitted cloth into a usable material and more specifically to any process performed after dyeing the yarn or fabric to improve the look, performance or "handfeel" of the finished textile or clothing. We use machines from WAKAYAMA, Japan.

>
SANFORIZING

Sanforization is a process of treatment used for cotton fabrics mainly and most textiles made from natural  or chemical fiber. We use machines from MONFOR-TEX, Germany.

>
INSPECTING

The process of checking fabric as per the required standard parameters set in order achieve the best quality and cusomer satisfaction. We use machine ALTINDO, Indonesia

>
PACKING

The process of packing textiles in packing materials like plastics, cartons in order to protect it from damage during storage and transportation.
